1) Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, Berlin Wall
On our treasure hunt in Berlin, we will take you to the most important landmarks in Berlin: from the Reichstag Building, the seat of the German parliament; to the Französischer and Deutscher Dom, two seemingly identical churches situated opposite each other on either side of the Konzerthaus (Concert Hall). You will find out more about the roles of Checkpoint Charlie and the Berlin Wall during the Cold War. You will walk underneath the Brandenburg Gate, the monumental entry to Unter den Linden and get familiar with one of Germany's most famous poets, Friedrich Schiller.
